Karen has been a REALTOR since 2014 then progressed to Broker in Arizona, then to California Broker in 2018 and in 2021 became Broker Owner of Summitt’s River Realty. 2019 President of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS and 2019 President of WARDEX, Regional MLS, Chairperson of the REALTORS of Mohave Valley Task team to fight for River Community water rights, and is currently President Elect of WARDEX and Director on the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
Richard Summitt moved to Mohave Valley in 2015, and became a REALTOR in 2016 and started to work for Summitt’s River Realty to continue the family tradition, following in his grandfather’s path of being “That Guy” the REALTOR.
Rebecca Joy Wagner moved to Arizona in 2013.
Rebecca Joy migrated from Orange County California and now resides In the quaint desert town of Topock- GoldenShores! Rebecca was in the funeral industry 20 years prior to pursuing real estate in 2017.
Her hobbies are rockhounding, acrylic painting and searching for antiques! Rebecca Joy truly enjoys being a real estate agent!

Originally from Napa, CA, Sherri made the move from Utah to Mohave Valley, AZ, where she now calls home. I have held my California real estate license since 1988 and my Arizona license for 8 years. I toggle back and forth between Needles, CA, and Mohave Valley, AZ, serving both buyers and sellers. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and am highly dedicated to continuing my education in real estate. I specialize in vacant land, residential resale, and new home sales. I work closely with lenders and will guide you through the transaction process from beginning to end.

I was licensed in 1994 by JMC Developers to get the Fox Ridge Estates Sales Office up and running. I excelled in new home sales until the industry slowed down, then moved to Key Time Realty where I specialized in helping homeowners through the foreclosure process with Premiere Assets and Wells Fargo Asset Company. In 2011, I joined Parkway Place Real Estate, working with sellers and buyers.
In January 2020, I co-founded Living the Dream Team, returning to new home sales. After a slow period, I moved to Summitt’s River Realty, known for its excellent reputation and opportunities.
Originally from Southern California, I moved here in 1991 after working in the Aerospace/Defense industry. I fell in love with the slower pace and cost-effective lifestyle.
I have served as a Director and Treasurer on our local Board of Realtors, and was a Charter Member and President of the Colorado River Valley Jaycees. I also dedicated ten years to the Colorado River Valley BMX Track, providing a safe venue for children to ride and compete.
I’m now focusing on winding down my real estate career as I prepare for retirement. I’d be honored to be your REALTOR.
