Karen and Summitt’s River Realty works behind the scenes to support the community and their needs.
Karen has been a REALTOR since 2014 then progressed to Broker in Arizona, then to California Broker in 2018 and in 2021 became Broker Owner of Summitt’s River Realty. 2019 President of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS and 2019 President of WARDEX, Regional MLS, Chairperson of the REALTORS of Mohave Valley Task team to fight for River Community water rights, and is currently President Elect of WARDEX and Director on the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
Richard Summitt moved to Mohave Valley in 2015, and became a REALTOR in 2016 and started to work for Summitt’s River Realty to continue the family tradition, following in his grandfather’s path of being “That Guy” the REALTOR.
Duronda Summitt, the wife of Richard Summitt, plays a pivotal role at Summitt's River Realty. Joining the team as an Arizona Notary Public and the office's dedicated Transaction Coordinator, Duronda brings a wealth of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her expertise ensures that all real estate transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently, providing clients with a seamless experience from start to finish. With a strong commitment to excellence, Duronda handles the coordination of all necessary documentation and communication between parties, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
